Ernie Fields

Ernie leads the civil engineering group as Managing Director providing design for projects in the Greater Dallas area. With a specialization in the design of retaining walls, channel drainage improvements, and stormwater systems, many municipal clients look to him for design expertise. Ernie was recognized by the Texas Public Works Association as the 2013 Technical Innovation Award recipient. With more than 20 years of civil engineering design experience, he now incorporates sustainability practices with his LEED AP certification. His wide range of project experience has aided him in being adaptive to working with many different clients and project types.

He holds professional engineering licenses in Texas, New Mexico, and Florida.

Education a B.S., Civil Engineering, Kansas State University.
