Jon Conlin

Jon Conlin is a partner at Fasken, where they are part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group, Private Equity & Venture Capital Group, and Technology Group. Their practice focuses on M&A, strategic investments, private equity transactions, and related corporate matters, and they advise high-growth technology companies, founders, and venture capital funds on private financings and other strategic transactions. They are the director and officer of Filament Health, the corporate secretary of Lungpacer Medical, Inc., the co-founder of Walter Software, and a director at the Vancouver Entrepreneurs Forum. They earned a JD from the University of British Columbia in 2011 and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at Washington State University.
