Kyle Roffey, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at WalterFedy since April 2023 and previously held the same title at The AIL Group of Companies from May 2019 to April 2023. At The AIL Group, Kyle was responsible for strategic implementation and resource management to enhance shareholder value, leading various teams and initiatives that optimized operations, improved profitability, and supported sustainability targets. Prior experience includes CFO roles at Dejero, where Kyle restructured the finance team and navigated significant equity financing, and at Grober Inc. and Nutrablend Foods Inc., where fiscal oversight spanned budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvements. Early career stages involved positions at BlackBerry, focusing on financial planning for the Enterprise Business Unit, and at Ernst & Young LLP, managing audits and advising clients on operational performance. Kyle earned a BBA in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and has completed advanced programs through CPA Canada.
