Jd Walter

Jd Walter, PhD, currently serves as the President of Walteric, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jd Walter was the Executive Director of Human Capital Programs at Jefferson Consulting Group from January 2023 to January 2025 and held the title of Executive Vice President for Solution Optimization & Execution at Golden Key Group between July 2021 and December 2022. Jd Walter also worked as a Supervisory Program Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from 2013 to 2018 and as a Government Contractor with the United States Department of Defense from 2005 to 2013. Jd Walter began a career in the US Navy, serving as Journalist First Class from 1995 to 2005. Jd Walter holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration and a Master of Public Administration, both from Walden University, as well as a Master of Science in Organization and Management from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from American Military University.
