Sandra Salgado is currently working as a Scientific Engineer R&D at WaltR since November 2021. Previously, they were a Ph.D. student at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab from October 2017 to December 2020. Sandra also had experience as an intern at Airbus Group and LATMOS Laboratoire Atmosphères, Milieux, Observations Spatiales. They have a background in physical sciences and remote sensing, earning a Master's degree in Physical Methods in Remote Sensing from Pierre and Marie Curie University. Sandra also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and completed their Baccalauréat Scientifique at Lycée Edouard Branly. In addition to their professional experience, they have also worked in various roles such as cashier, summer assistant, and tutor.

Simple, effective and innovative: The WaltR solution provides more accurate measurements of air pollution. It is based on the use of a new optical sensor technology. Results and data are recorded in real-time and in high resolution 3D in the urban and peri-urban space.
