Cindy Waters is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Walzel Properties, LLC since December 2020. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as a Licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker United, Realtors and as a Realtor at Mariner Realty. With a strong focus on customer service and a deep understanding of the lakes and neighborhoods in Montgomery County, Cindy has witnessed the growth of Lake Conroe and its surrounding areas over the years. Additionally, Cindy has a solid background in education, having spent over three decades as a teacher and Yearbook Advisor at Conroe High School. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Sam Houston State University.
