WaM Architecture specialises in the delivery of Planning Consents and we have an outstanding success rate with 100% Officer Recommendations for Approval, always maximising the potential of the site.

We will analyse the opportunity within each site and advise on the best strategy to achieve the best possible result for our clients whilst developing bespoke solutions and designing buildings of the highest design quality. We have extensive experience in unlocking highly complex sites whether they are located in the Green Belt, Flood Plain or Conservation Area. Our care and attention to detail in everything we design combined with 'telling the story' in a convincing manner, at every stage of the process, enables us to obtain approvals which exceed expectations. We strongly believe in the importance of a collaborative approach, yet always challenging the Design Team and Planners to achieve more. We always adopt a bespoke, site specific approach, whether developing a single dwelling or a large mixed use apartment scheme. We have extensive experience in both, highly contemporary designs and well referenced, traditional solutions based on honest, historic proportions and careful detailing.
