李扬 Liyang (Richard) is currently a Senior Director at Dalian Wanda Group, where they have contributed to the expansion of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. With over 22 years of full-time experience in interior design and project management, they have worked on notable international projects such as the Absheron JW Marriott Hotel in Baku and various Wanda Plaza developments across China. Previously, they held senior positions at renowned firms including Haskoll Architects and Designers and Design International in London. Liyang holds a Master of Arts in Interior Design from the University for the Creative Arts and a postgraduate degree in English and European Culture Studies from the University of Limerick.
