Smitha Achar

Smitha Achar is currently a Guest Experience Manager at Wander, where they lead initiatives to provide exceptional experiences in luxury short-term rentals while managing guest concerns with empathy and efficiency. Previously, they were the Founder and CEO of SOIE, creating an apparel brand during the pandemic that expanded into various products and services. Smitha has also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Director of Quality Assurance at Homestead Modern and as a STEM & Robotics Trainer at ATLAB, showcasing a diverse background in hospitality, operations, and technology. They hold a Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics and a certificate in Applied Machine Learning from Columbia Engineering.
