Gary Viles

Gary Viles has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Gary is currently the Vice President of Sales and Commercial Operations for the Americas at Wandercraft, where they are responsible for developing launch plans and executing commercial sales and operations activities in North, Central, and South America. Prior to this, Gary founded and served as the President of Innovative Medical Technologies Inc., a consulting company that offers services and guidance for innovative start-ups looking to commercialize their technologies globally. Gary also held the role of Chief Global Sales Officer at Carewear Inc. as part of their projects at Innovative Medical Technologies.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Gary worked at Innovative Neurotronics, where they held several roles, including Director of Sales and Operations for domestic and international markets, Senior Sales Manager, and National Sales Manager. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, forecasting, business development, budget management, recruiting and hiring, and sales reporting and analysis.

Gary also has experience at Bioness Inc., where they served as a Business Development Manager for medical and rehab devices, and at Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic as a Medical Device Representative. Gary began their career at Berlex Biosciences as a Pharmaceutical Representative, focusing on the therapeutic divisions of cardiology and neurology.
