Beth Santos is the Founder and CEO of Wanderful, an international lifestyle brand and media company that focuses on diverse women travelers. Beth has been leading the company since 2013 and has created an online membership community and organized events in over 50 chapters worldwide. Beth also works on marketing campaigns and press trips to promote real stories using diverse creator voices. In 2014, they founded the WITS Travel Creator Summit, an annual B2B event for female creators, influencers, and brands in the travel sector. Additionally, they co-owns Ula Café, a limited-service cafe and restaurant in Boston. Beth has also contributed as a writer for 603 Diversity and worked as a consultant for Fora, a travel advisor startup. Beth has experience as a mom, managing complex scheduling and travel logistics for their household staff. In the past, Beth co-founded #AtTheTable, an initiative that brings together female founders from various industries to build a supportive community. Beth has also taught entrepreneurship and management at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and served as Boston co-director of .events by Voyager HQ. Beth's work experience showcases their commitment to promoting inclusive and responsible travel and creating opportunities for women in the travel industry.

Beth Santos earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Social Enterprise, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Management Strategy, from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at Wellesley College, where they obtained a BA degree in Art History and Cinema and Media Studies. During their time at Wellesley College, they also spent a year studying Portuguese for Foreign Students and Journalism at Universidade de Coimbra. Furthermore, Beth Santos completed their high school education at Oyster River High School.
