Paulo Taylor

Paulo Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paulo is currently serving as the Co-Founder of Humanity Summit since 2018. Paulo is also the Co-Founder/CTO of Call Assistant, where they have been since 2020. In 2013, they co-founded Muxima Bio, a purpose-driven organization focused on social justice and human rights. Additionally, Paulo has held the role of Chief Technology Officer at WanderSafe - Travel Safer since 2018.

Before these ventures, they worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Beta-i - Association for the promotion of Innovation and Entrepreneurship from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they co-founded eBuddy, an instant messaging aggregator that served over 350 million users. Paulo also worked as a Software Engineer at Tiscali, XOIP, and Interland, and as a Web Developer at Hiperbit.

Throughout their career, Paulo has gained expertise in various technologies such as Java, PHP, Laravel, Apache Tomcat, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Paulo Taylor completed a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa from 1994 to 1997. Paulo then pursued another Bachelor's degree, this time in Computer Science, from the same institution from 1997 to 1999. Paulo also obtained several additional certifications, including "Leading with Innovation" from LinkedIn in July 2022, "Change Management Foundations" from LinkedIn in June 2022, and "10 Mistakes Leaders Should Avoid" from LinkedIn in March 2022.
