Shane Deol

Shane Deol has been working in various roles since 2014. Shane began their career at Fluor Corporation, where they held the roles of Associate Design Engineering Specialist, Graduates Advancing to Professionalism (GAP) Committee Vice President, GAP Business Transformation and Innovation Lead, and GAP Conference Co-Chair from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, they joined OLG as a Strategy Intern in the Enterprise Strategy and Analytics Department. In 2021, Shane moved to WANTD (YC W22) as the VP of Marketing and Operations, and also began working at AMRIK as a Business Development role.

Shane Deol earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta between 2010 and 2014. Shane then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, which they completed in 2020.
