Graeme Smith

Graeme Smith is an experienced professional in product management and technology leadership, currently serving as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Delivery Lead at Waracle since March 2020. Prior to this role, Graeme held various positions at The R&A from May 2013 to March 2020, including Technical Product Manager and Digital Development Manager. Graeme’s career also includes experience at Amazon as a VCC Customer Service Associate, where involvement in a project aimed at enhancing flexible customer service models was showcased. Additionally, Graeme spent over 14 years as Technology Manager at golfing-lady.com, overseeing the company's online presence and e-commerce solution. Graeme holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc Hons in Management & IT from Edinburgh Napier University.
