Carmel Harding

Carmel Harding possesses extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Talent, Learning and Culture at Warburtons since March 2009. Prior to this role, Carmel held the position of Head of People Development at Virgin Media from April 1996 to February 2009 and served as Head of Learning & Development at Telewest Broadband from 2003 to 2006. Carmel's educational background includes a Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) in Management from the University of Lancashire, earned from 1988 to 1990, and a DTM Diploma in Training Management from Thames Valley.
