Mark Eccles

Mark Eccles has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Employee Relations Lead at Warburtons since November 2005, where responsibility includes leading national negotiations with trade unions for 3,500 employees. Key achievements include the redevelopment of collective agreements and managing complex employee relations cases. Previous roles at Warburtons involve serving as HR Business Partner and HR Manager, focusing on HR strategy and generalist HR management. Earlier experience includes the role of Training and Development Manager, where Mark established graduate development and management programmes, and HR Officer, supporting a bakery and two depots. Mark holds an NLP Practitioner certification and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Leeds Beckett University, complemented by a degree in Politics and Sociology from the University of York.
