Mat Thewlis

Mat Thewlis is an experienced Operations Director with a diverse background in manufacturing and operational leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director at Warburtons since June 2025, Mat previously held similar roles at Yeo Valley Production Ltd, where Mat was part of the Executive leadership team, and led operations for significant yogurt production in the UK.
