Sam Millar

Sam Millar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in food science and quality management. Currently serving as Quality Director at Warburtons since September 2016, Sam oversees product and packaging quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Campden BRI included roles such as Director of Technology, where strategic growth and compliance were priorities, and head of the Cereals & Cereal Processing Division, managing milling and baking activities. Earlier experience at Campden & Chorleywood Food Research Association involved leading a baking technology team and managing extensive research projects. Academic qualifications include a PhD and a BSc Honours in Food Science from The Queen's University of Belfast, underscoring a strong foundation in the field.
