Scott Tomkinson

Scott Tomkinson is an experienced professional in the baking and food production industry, currently serving as a Technical Innovation Manager at Warburtons since September 2019. Prior to this, Scott worked as an Approved Driving Instructor at Bill Plant Driving School, where skills for safe driving were imparted to learners. As the owner of Tomkinsons Bakery from February 2013 to November 2017, responsibilities included managing operations, staff, and training. Scott also held roles such as Technical Development Manager at Premier Foods, Bakery Technologist at Rank Hovis and Holgran, Baker at Asda Stores Ltd and Russell’s Patisserie, and completed a BTEC National in Food Science and Manufacturing Technology at Thomas Danby College.
