Simon G has over two decades of experience in IT operations and business applications, primarily at Warburtons, where roles have included Head of IT Operations and IT Business Partner. Since September 2001, Simon G has managed application systems and processes related to Sales and Distribution, focusing on Order to Cash and Commercial functions in the FMCG sector. With expertise in SAP ERP, Simon G has worked since 2001 on SD, Logistics Execution, and MM process and configuration, as well as with SAP XI/PI and BI Reporting. Prior to this, Simon G served as a Purchasing Officer at Warburtons Ltd from July 1999 to September 2001. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Business and an HND in Business and Finance from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
