Carolyn Murphy is the current Head of Client Services, Americas at WARC. Prior to this, they were with Olapic as Director Account Management from July 2015 to April 2018. In this role, they managed a team of 6 account managers and assisted in strategy, escalations, renewals & growth for their clients with the team obtaining a 79% renewal rate under their leadership. Carolyn also oversaw global forecasting and reporting of revenue targets quarterly for executive leadership, hired and trained new team members, including onboarding six new hires over the course of four months, and built Account Management job architecture for rollout across global team.
