Carolyn Murphy

Carolyn Murphy is the current Head of Client Services, Americas at WARC. Prior to this, they were with Olapic as Director Account Management from July 2015 to April 2018. In this role, they managed a team of 6 account managers and assisted in strategy, escalations, renewals & growth for their clients with the team obtaining a 79% renewal rate under their leadership. Carolyn also oversaw global forecasting and reporting of revenue targets quarterly for executive leadership, hired and trained new team members, including onboarding six new hires over the course of four months, and built Account Management job architecture for rollout across global team.

From October 2013 to April 2015, Carolyn was an Advertising Account Manager at Disqus. And before that, they were a Project Manager at Salesforce.com Exact Target Marketing Cloud from September 2011 to October 2013. Carolyn started their career as Coordinator, Client Services at Fenway Sports Management (FSM) from June 2009 to September 2011.

Carolyn Murphy received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Irish Studies from Boston College. Carolyn also studied abroad in English and Irish Studies at University College Dublin. Prior to attending college, they attended Westminster School.

Their manager is Cathy Taylor, U.S. Commissioning Editor. They are on a team with Geoffrey Precourt - US Editor, Elizabeth Kennedy - Head of Sales, Americas.
