Anna Brown

Anna Brown has a diverse work experience in the HR and recruitment field. Anna began their career as a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator at McKinsey & Company in 2002. Anna then worked as a Recruitment Advisor at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2003, followed by a brief role as a Recruitment Specialist at Accenture UK. In 2004, Anna joined St Astier Ltd as an HR Generalist, where they stayed for almost a decade. In 2013, they joined Ward Hadaway, starting as an HR Officer and gradually progressing through various roles, including HR Manager, HR Business Manager, Head of People, and currently serving as the Director of People.

Anna Brown has a Bachelor of Arts degree (with Honors) in Management and Psychology from the University of Leeds. Additionally, they pursued further education at Newcastle College from 2011 to 2012, where they achieved a CIPD Level 5 in HRM.
