Billy Payne has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Billy started their career as an HR Advisor at EVERGREEN MARINE (UK) LIMITED in 2017 and worked there for two years. In 2019, they joined Equiteq as a Human Resources Advisor for a year. From 2020 to 2023, Billy worked at K&T Heating Services, holding multiple roles such as Human Resources Advisor, HR Business Partner, Interim HR Business Manager, and finally, as a Human Resources Business Manager. Currently, Billy is working at Ward Security as the Head of People and also serving as a Regional People Business Partner.
