Welcome to Wards!

We are the leading estate and letting agency in Kent with over 40 offices across the county. We are part of the Arun Estate Agencies Group with a network of branches across Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Essex, London and the Isle of Wight.

Wards have been helping families move forwards for generations and, with experts in over 100 locations, we're always local to you and here when you need us.

We’re happy when our customers are happy and, it goes without saying that, we’re extremely proud of the service we provide but there is only one opinion that really counts and we are delighted to be rated Excellent on Trustpilot!

Our mission statement is “to help people move forward on their life’s journey” and helping somebody buy or sell a home is often a hugely significant moment in their life. For us to be a part of that is an immense responsibility and privilege, that is hugely enjoyable and rewarding.

The same goes for our colleagues. Our yearly employee satisfaction survey currently reports scores of over 90% for being a good place to work, our people enjoying their work, having committed and approachable leadership and how proud we are of the charitable endeavours, we, as a business are well-known for.

We have award-winning training for all levels of experience, including the prestigious Investors in People Gold award and our company values are at the very heart of everything we do.

Our Group Managing Director, Aldo Sotgiu says “a number of the top team, including myself, started at branch level and worked our way up through the company. We understand the value of investing in our team members from the very first day”.
