WEScompany is the vision of Robert A. Ward. Ward, a nearly 20-year industry veteran, who comes from a long line of successful electricians and entrepreneurs, established himself as a highly regarded executive, project manager and estimator while working for some of the Pacific Northwest's leading construction companies. His resume includes a combined $65 million in project management experience in the power generating, fuel processing, paper and pulp, and food processing industries. Given Ward's industry experience, and his entrepreneurial roots, the next evolution of his career was actualized in establishing WEScompany.
