Rob Dance is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology consultancy sector and personal development. As the CEO and Founder of ROCK since 2008, Rob transformed a startup from a garage venture into one of the UK's largest technology consultancies. In addition, Rob founded Ware in 2019, emphasizing innovative management and a unique company culture. In 2023, Rob launched Team RD to help individuals enhance their mindset and leadership skills, while also contributing articles to the Forbes Council aimed at empowering aspiring entrepreneurs. Rob holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Business and ICT from the University of South Wales.
