Kyle Johnson is a civil engineer and strategy consultant with a diverse background in engineering, project management, and entrepreneurship. They began their career as an EMT for the City of Oceanside from 2004 to 2011, before transitioning into engineering roles, including Estimator and Field Engineer at Shimmick Construction (2010-2012) and Project Engineer at Project Design Consultants (2012-2017). Kyle co-founded Incite Medical Analytics (2018-2019) and served as a Senior Consultant at EY-Parthenon (2019-2021). Currently, Kyle is a Civil Engineer Manager at Ware Malcomb and has held the position of Principal at Seafarer Properties since 2014. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where they were also a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow.
