Eric Dharma

Eric Dharma is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and social entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Group President at Waresix since 2019, Eric is driving innovations in the Indonesian logistics sector while managing Corporate Development, M&A, and Investor Relations. As a Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor at Spalosophy, a women's empowerment social enterprise established in 2014, Eric enhances the lives of marginalized women through vocational opportunities in beauty and spa services. Prior to these roles, Eric spent over a decade as Director at Sugar Group Companies - Gulaku, overseeing strategic and operational management in the Consumer Packaged Goods Division. Eric holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Global Business, and Psychology from the University of Southern California.
