Stephen S.

Stephen S. is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in management and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at WareSpace since February 2024, Stephen previously held the position of Director of Leasing at Mark Lane Properties from May 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included commercial leasing, project management, and strategic planning. Stephen also has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, managing operations in southeastern Pennsylvania from May 2009 to April 2019 under financial pressure. As Vice President of the Borough of West Chester from January 2012 to January 2016, Stephen made history as the youngest member of the borough's council. Additionally, Stephen contributed to a national research project funded by NOAA as an Academic Researcher at the University of Delaware from June 2008 to September 2009. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Delaware and a high school diploma from the Graded School of São Paulo, Brazil.
