Greg Harold

Greg Harold, MBA, currently serves as a Sr. Project Manager at Warfel Construction Company since October 2024. Previously, Greg served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Front Royal-Warren County Economic Development Authority from June 2019 to October 2024, following a political appointment. Greg has extensive experience in project management, holding the position of Interim Director of Pre-Construction & Project Management for Healthcare & Senior Living at ERDMAN from June 2016 to October 2024, and as a Sr. Project Manager at AKM Construction Management from June 2014 to June 2016. Additionally, Greg was a Sr. Project Manager at Toll Brothers for the Regency at Dominion Valley and began a career as a Sales Representative at NVR, Inc. Greg holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from James Madison University.
