Sean Cotter

Sean Cotter is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Preconstruction & Estimating at Warfel Construction Company since September 2018, after previously holding the position of Director of Pre-Construction and Estimating. Cotter has extensive experience with Warfel Construction, where employment spanned from December 2011 to April 2018 as Director of Estimating and Project Estimator. Prior to this, Cotter was the Director of Business Development at H.W. Nauman & Sons Inc from December 2008 to December 2011. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sgt. in the United States Marine Corps from October 2001 to October 2007, during which a tour in Iraq was completed. Cotter also worked in sales at Cooper Custom Homes around the year 2000. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2001 and 2007.
