Nikolay Kozlov

Nikolay Kozlov, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Growth Marketing and Marketing Director for World of Tanks at Wargaming since December 2016, overseeing performance advertising, media planning, and the development of an analytics department. With extensive experience in marketing leadership roles at renowned companies such as Game Insight and Innova Systems, Nikolay has managed large teams and created comprehensive strategies for user acquisition across various channels. An accomplished educator, Nikolay has also taught theoretical physics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology from 2010 to 2019. Nikolay holds a PhD in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics, alongside multiple degrees in applied physics, mathematics, and professional translation.
