Our Philosophy

People, organization and technology form a complete system. Transformation programs can only succeed if all elements in complex systems are coordinated with each other.

The Wargitsch Transformation Engineers support their customers in mastering this challenge.

Transformation Engineering

Based on our philosophy, we see transformation as a solution engineering task that we solve with our Transformation Engineering Services in a goal-oriented, innovative, holistic, thoughtful, methodical, analytical, pragmatic and functional manner.

In transformation projects we follow an interactive Think-Design-Plan-Do cycle and support our clients in the operationalization of transformation goals [Think & Design] as well as the implementation of transformation programs [Plan & Do]. We are partners for management, connectors between business and IT and specialists for complexity.
