Warida Wholistic Wellness is an Indigenous social enterprise grounded on Kaurna Country and led by Bianca Stawiarski, a proud Badimia and Ukrainian woman, healer, counsellor, facilitator, speaker, author, and change maker.

Warida exists to support healing, reconnection, and empowerment through culturally grounded, relational practice. Our work is shaped by deep listening, connection to Country, and the understanding that people are not broken. We believe we all hold our own answers, and that healing often begins when there is enough safety, space, and support to hear them.

Warida offers counselling, coaching, facilitation, speaking, training, and wellbeing programs that move beyond deficit based models and narrow clinical frameworks. Our approach is grounded in Indigenous wisdom, trauma informed practice, and the Warida Method, including Deep Listening, Inner Fire, and the Ripple Effect.

We work with women, communities, organisations, and workplaces seeking support that is culturally safe, thoughtful, and deeply human. Across every part of the business, Warida is committed to healing on your own terms, strengthening self worth and agency, and creating pathways for individual and collective change.

Warida’s work also extends into leadership, education, authorship, and systems change, with a strong focus on decolonising wellbeing, amplifying Indigenous healing practices, and creating meaningful impact through both grassroots and professional contexts.

At its heart, Warida is a space for reconnection. Reconnection with voice, direction, inner fire, and the wisdom already held within.
