Sylvia Dauber has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Sylvia began their career in 1991 as a Business Development Associate at GE Capital, where they developed valuation models and managed due diligence projects. Sylvia then served as an Assistant Asset Manager at GE Capital, managing a $39MM loan portfolio and providing negotiating and closing assistance on a $87MM loan restructuring. In 1995, Dauber moved to GE Capital International, Financing & Services as a Senior Investment Manager for Asia/Pacific, where they analyzed business opportunities in Asia/Japan, including transaction structuring, cash flow modeling and analysis, ROI analysis, and tax structure optimization. Sylvia was also responsible for championing the first strategic equity investment for GE Capital in China. In 1997, they joined Arthur Andersen LLP as a Manager in the Corporate Finance Consulting Group, where they provided capital market consulting services. From 1999 to 2015, Dauber worked at Microsoft as a Finance Manager, where they were a key member of the WebTV/UltimateTV finance team and was responsible for leading strategic finance activities. Finally, in 2019, they joined Warm Commerce as a Business Operations Manager.
