Cathy McClain is a seasoned professional in development and human resources, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Individual and Family Studies at Penn State University and a Master’s in Human Resource Administration from the University of Scranton. With extensive experience as Director of Development at Penn State University’s College of Communications and several leadership roles including Director of Advancement at Asheville School and Head of School at Hanger Hall: A School for Girls, Cathy has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, program development, and fundraising. Cathy’s previous role as Human Resource Director at the Girls Leadership Academy of Wilmington further highlights a commitment to fostering social and emotional development in middle school girls.
