Phil Godshall is currently the Director of Federal Programs at Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry, Inc. (WARM), where they focus on making homes safer for elderly, disabled, and low-income homeowners. Previously, Phil served as an OSHA Instructor and Safety Beyond Compliance Coach from 2009 to 2019, promoting cognitive-based safety culture models. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Eastern University and has completed graduate studies in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University. They also obtained a certificate from the Monterey Defense Language Institute and an Associate degree in Architectural Design, Building Technology from Temple University.
