Amber Bowden

Amber Bowden is an experienced professional with a strong background in product operations and customer support across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Product & Operations at WarmHub since October 2025, Amber previously held multiple leadership roles at Q2 from November 2019 to October 2025, including Director of Customer Support and Director of Product Operations. Prior experience includes managing product operations at PrecisionLender, where Amber contributed to the launch of innovative products and enhanced user support strategies. Earlier roles at SoFi involved directing operations and implementing process improvements in a large consumer lending environment. Amber holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
