Tom Scott

Tom Scott, AICP, currently serves as the Manager for Warminster Township since December 2021. Previously, Tom held the position of Project Manager at Bristol Township from August 2013 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing organization-wide database management programs and serving as an HR officer. In 2013, Tom briefly worked at TPS Zoning and Planning Consulting, Inc., focusing on innovations in municipal service delivery. From January 2009 to May 2012, Tom was the Assistant Manager for Tredyffrin Township, leading community development and emergency management efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Manager and Planning Director for Warwick Township from September 2003 to December 2008, managing the permit review process and land development concerns. Tom holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Villanova University and a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from Colorado State University.
