Jon Chen

Jon Chen is an experienced music industry professional with a robust background in artist and repertoire (A&R) roles. Currently serving as Vice President of A&R at Warner Chappell Music since January 2020, Jon previously held positions including Senior Director of A&R within the same company. Prior to this, Jon worked at BMG - The New Music Company as Senior Creative Director and Creative Director from July 2016 to December 2019. An earlier career at Warner Bros. Records included roles as A&R Manager and Executive Assistant, A&R, from February 2011 to June 2016, as well as a position as Assistant, A&R at Jive Records. Jon Chen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from New York University between 2003 and 2007.
