Mar Ma is currently the Head of A&R at Warner Chappell Music China, having taken on the role in 2024. They previously served as A&R Senior Manager at Universal Music Publishing Group from 2019 to 2023 and worked as A&R Manager at Warner Music Group in 2018. Mar's career began at Outdustry Group, where they were Producers Manager from 2015 to 2018. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from North China Electric Power University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
