Paul Smith

Paul Smith is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience in A&R and creative leadership roles at prominent companies. Since July 2016, Paul has held multiple titles at Warner Chappell Music, including Vice President of A&R and Global Creative, as well as Vice President of A&R and International Songwriters. In addition, Paul served as A&R Consultant at Decca Records, contributing to the successful EP release for R&B boyband MiC LOWRY. Prior to these roles, Paul worked at 365 Artists as Creative Director and was a Senior A&R Manager at Major Label Recordings under Sony Music Entertainment. Paul earned a BA (Hons) in Music Industry Management & Marketing from Buckinghamshire New University from 2002 to 2005.
