Peter Rosenthal

Peter Rosenthal has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Peter is currently serving as the Executive Vice President & Global Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Warner Chappell Music since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Downtown Music Holdings as the General Counsel from January 2018 to March 2022. Peter was also a Partner at Ritholz Levy Fields LLP from 2004 to January 2018. Before joining Ritholz Levy Fields LLP, Peter worked as Counsel at Playboy.com, Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Peter started their career as an Associate Attorney at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP from 1997 to 2002 and at Bingham, Dana & Gould from 1995 to 1997.

Peter Rosenthal attended Wayne Hills High School, although the specific dates are unknown. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Philosophy at Oberlin College, from 1986 to 1990. Later on, from 1992 to 1995, Peter studied at the Boston University School of Law, where they graduated cum laude with a J.D. degree. During their time at law school, they also had the opportunity to study law at the University of Oxford for a year in 1994.
