Eric Scher has over 14 years of work experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Eric began their career in 2006 as a Producer at Saffe Property and Casualty/Texas Truck Insurance, where they managed new and renewal business and grew a book of business from startup to more than $1 million annually. In 2008, they joined Chelsea Medical Systems as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, leading new business development and account management for multimillion-dollar medical imaging capital equipment sales. In 2010, they began working as a Business Analyst at Carlisle and Gallagher for Bank of America's Office of the President, leading a program team of 10 and partnering with legal and policy teams to develop project plans. In 2012, Eric worked as a Quality Management Technical Analyst at Fannie Mae and as a Business Control Analyst at DISYS, managing and training a team of 10. From 2013 to 2020, Eric worked at George W. Evans & Associates, Inc., first as Senior Vice President and then as Sales Director. In 2020, they joined Warner Pacific Insurance Services as Sales Director, leading sales efforts in the Texas region and overseeing a team of sales representatives. Eric was also awarded Top Sales Executive for the Texas region.

Eric Scher attended Plano Sr. High School and then went on to Stephen F. Austin State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication/Sociology in 2004. Eric also obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS from Stephen F. Austin State University. In 2013, Eric Scher obtained a Lean Six Sigma - White Belt certification from Fannie Mae.
