Lan Pham has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1989 as an Avionics Test Engineer at Edwards Air Force Base. In 1994, they moved to United Defense as a Systems Engineer. In 1996, they worked as a System Integration & Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin Corp. and then, in 1997, they returned to Edwards Air Force Base in the same role. In 2000, they became a Software Engineer at St. Jude Medical and, in 2013, they took on the role of Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Warner Pacific Insurance Services.
Lan Pham earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles between 1984 and 1989. Lan then went on to earn a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Northridge between 1991 and 1994.
