Florence Gerber

Florence Gerber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality improvement, education, and organizational effectiveness. Since August 2021, Florence has served as an Adjunct Professor at Warner Pacific University and previously held a similar position at Concordia University from June 2014 to April 2020, mentoring students in business and healthcare administration. As the Founder and Owner of Mariano and Associates, LLC since March 2018, Florence has focused on operational excellence through evidence-based methodologies. Additionally, from March 2019 to August 2023, Florence acted as the Quality Improvement Director at the Interprofessional Primary Care Institute. Prior roles include serving as the Sr. Specialist for Quality and Performance Improvement at Multnomah County Health Department and Quality Management Administrator at Willamette Dental Group, where Florence contributed to enhancing operational effectiveness and quality assurance across multiple clinics. Florence holds an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from Marylhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Management from Santa Clara University.
