Tyler Lam

Tyler Lam is a Software Engineer currently building backend infrastructure for machine learning inference at Hive, a Series D startup focused on artificial intelligence solutions. Previous experience includes roles as a Software Engineer Intern at Facebook, contributing to WhatsApp Business Experience, and Amazon, working on Alexa for Business. Additional internships were completed at Energy Toolbase, focusing on Monitor Platform and Acumen EMS, Paramount Resources in Information Systems, and a research position at the Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary, where Tyler worked on nonlinear system identification. Tyler Lam holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Calgary, earned between 2017 and 2023.
