Muhammad Junaid is a robotics software developer with a strong focus on robot perception and artificial intelligence. Currently a Mobile Robotics Software Developer on the Space Robotics Team at WARR, they contribute to developing autonomous mobile robots and advanced SLAM techniques. Muhammad previously conducted research at IDEALworks and held positions at Fraunhofer IPA and Universität zu Lübeck, where they worked on deep learning, computer vision, and robotics projects. They hold a Master's degree in Robotics and Autonomous Systems and additional degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics and Control Engineering.
