Dana Schmidt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Development at Warren Averett, LLC since January 2004, Dana has previously held significant roles, including Coordinator of Training and Development at Pensacola Junior College, where responsibilities included developing and implementing customized training programs. Earlier experience with the Florida State Board of Administration involved managing employee relations and training programs, while roles at Troy University encompassed teaching communication subjects and directing the Speech and Debate Team. Dana holds a Master's degree in Communication Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida.
