Afterwards, they joined Hunter Systems as an Accountant until 2006. Rusty then worked as a Senior Auditor at Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino, LLC from 2006 to 2009. Rusty further advanced their career as an Accounting Supervisor at Vulcan Materials Company from 2009 to 2012. Finally, they became the Director of Recruiting at Warren Averett, LLC in 2012, where they play a vital role in delivering comprehensive staffing and recruiting services to clients.
